Nordex Finland is looking for a trainee to join our HR team as a People & Culture working student. We offer you the opportunity to put theory into practice in an international setting. Your main focus will be managing recruitment activities, alongside contributing to a broad range of People & Culture topics.
Ideally, you are able to start as soon as possible and continue with us until the end of summer 2027. During the summer period you will work full-time, 40 h/week. During the semester, you can flexibly combine working with your studies, averaging 20 h/week. We work from our Ruoholahti office with the possibility of partial remote work.
YOUR TASKS

Managing and supporting in recruitment, including advertising, reviewing CVs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Supporting with employee life-cycle topics
- Supporting with day-to-day employee and manager communication
- Supporting with employment benefit and time management system administration
Your responsibilities can also be tailored to align with your skills and interests.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are seeking experience to grow into an HR professional
- You are studying a relevant discipline such as business administration, education sciences, sociology or psychology. You are expected to be a student throughout the internship
- You are fluent in either Finnish or Swedish. English is our official working language, therefore strong English language skills are also a requirement
- You may already have experience from international study or work environments
- You have an interest in the renewable energy sector
- You have a proactive personality, and you are eager to learn and grow in the role
- You are capable with IT tools, MS Office in particular

Your salary will be based on the study credits that you have earned:
121–180 ECTS = 16,70 €/h
181–220 ECTS = 17,40 €/h
> 220 ECTS = 18,10 €/h
