Analyst (m/f/d) - Global COE (Cost of Energy) Program

The Cost of Energy Program is the core program of Nordex Acciona Windpower. As COE Analyst within the Global Cost of Energy (COE) Program you will work as cross-functional leader for the following tasks: 

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • As COE Analyst you will be member of the COE Program office in the headquarter in Hamburg or Pamplona  

  • Support the COE managers in managing cross-functional working groups and their initiatives / measures to achieve their targets 

  • Actively contribute to and coordinate the COE baseline development process 

  • Support the COE working groups to generate, prioritize and implement COE ideas  

  • Jointly evaluate the commercial impact of various technological solutions together with various COE groups 

  • Conduct analytics of COE Program/working groups performance; contribute to the preparation and presentation of regular reporting; participate regularly in reporting meetings with Board members and other high-level executives 

  • Actively interface with various internal departments such as Sales, Engineering, Procurement, PM, Service, Product Development and Product Strategy in order to push forward COE improvement measure implementation 

  • Support other top priority strategic projects on ad-hoc basis 

  • Outstanding opportunity for on-the-job learning and career development within the organization 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Excellent university degree in economics or business disciplines or equivalent 

  • Outstanding analytical skills in combination with high social competence 

  • Outstanding command of business analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI 

  • Strong commercial knowledge and business sense (e.g. cost controlling, value stream analysis, business case development)  

  • First professional experience in business analytical roles  

  • First understanding of the wind turbine and the wind industry, or keen interest to learn 

  • Entrepreneurial hands-on mentality, independent self-starter, positive attitude, team player 

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 

  • Fluent in English. Further language proficiency, especially German, Spanish, Portuguese or Hindi is an advantage 

  • Ability to work with different business cultures
