Working Student HSE Administration & Service (m/f/d)

As a working Student HSE Administration & Service, you will support the HSE team with administrative and organizational tasks in the daily business. You will contribute to efficient processes, maintain accurate and up-to-date data, and assist in the preparation of key HSE activities. This position offers valuable insights into different areas of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Create and process purchase requisitions while supporting administrative processes within the HSE function
• Support end-to-end working time management and ensure accurate and reliable data maintenance
• Manage and update the OnePager Service and related documentation
• Support the processing and follow-up of cases and requests in ServiceNow
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly HSE meeting and support related organizational activities
• Maintain the personal protective equipment (PPE) database and ensure high data quality standards
• Support administrative activities related to Quentic and other HSE systems

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an enrolled student at a university
• You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner when handling administrative tasks
• You have good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
• You have an interest in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) topics
• You have German and English language skills at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
