Working Student (m/w/d) Supply Chain & Process Optimization

As a working student, you will support our team in the area of Supply Chain Management and process optimization. You will work with data‑driven analyses, contribute to projects aimed at improving processes, and gain insights into the spare parts and logistics environment.
 

YOUR TASKS

  • Preparing KPIs and presenting them to the management
  • Developing, adapting, and improving MS Excel tools for performance measurement and inventory optimization based on supply chain data (mainly from SAP MM and SAP BI)
  • Creating and updating of management reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Power BI
  • Participation in projects to optimize logistics processes, including being partially responsible for own work packages or subprojects
  • Supporting the modeling and continuous improvement of processes

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Enrolled (Bachelor’s/Master’s) student (m/f/d) in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a comparable field
  • Confident MS Office skills, especially MS Excel; VBA programming skills are an advantage
  • Experience with SAP MM is an advantage
  • Very good English skills, both spoken and written; German skills at least B2
  • Analytical mindset, resilience, flexibility, and strong team orientation
  • Service-oriented, independent, and reliable working style
