Working Student (m/f/d) administrative Support and IT User Support

There is a lot to do in our team. We are therefore looking for a committed student who would like to support us in our diverse tasks.

YOUR TASKS:

• Together with our experts you are responsible for installing, upgrading and maintaining the hardware.
• You help us to carry out and track IT Orders and IT Leasing Exchanges.
• You support us with all questions of hardware maintenance and inventory including data maintenance.
• You work on the preparation, planning and implementation of IT support projects (e.g., Windows 11 rollout).
• You create and maintain documentations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently studying (business) computer science or something similar at a university in Germany and are looking for a long-term (preferably 2-3 semesters) student job for 12 - 20 hours/week.
• You are IT-savvy, like to tinker around with computers and are familiar with various models of tablets and mobile phones.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and can, if necessary, also do small translations for our users.
• You enjoy looking after customers, you have a service mentality and are willing to learn new things.
