As a Working Student (m/f/d) Logistics Support (Port Operations Manager), you will support the POD Manager in daily logistics operations, reporting, process coordination, and administrative activities across the Central Region and contribute to the efficient management of logistics data, operational monitoring, and process documentation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners while gaining practical insights into transportation and supply chain management.
YOUR TASKS
- Support the preparation and maintenance of logistics reports and KPIs
- Track and update logistics data in ERP systems and Excel-based tools to ensure accurate and reliable records
- Assist with shipment and delivery status monitoring
- Support documentation management and filing of logistics records
- Coordinate information exchange with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
- Contribute to ad hoc logistics projects and daily operational tasks
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field at university
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and are comfortable working with data and reports
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing tasks
- You possess strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- You have German and English language skills at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
- You have a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn, and an interest in logistics and supply chain operations
