Working Student (m/f/d) Logistics Strategy

YOUR TASKS: 

  • Support the global rollout of the S/4 HANA ERP system within the scope of the Global Logistics and Material Management Department
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation activities, defect tracking, and retest activities
  • Support standard country rollout tasks including role mapping, training activities, data extract and cleansing activities, and access requests
  • Facilitate project scheduling and cross-functional process alignment
  • Assist the department with additional operational and strategic projects, as needed

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, business and/or economics
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge in SAP (S/4 HANA preferred)
  • Experience with Agile Project Planning is a plus
  • Excellent language skills in English (other languages, especially German and Spanish, are welcome)
  • Strong communication skills across different levels, departments, and cultures
  • Independent, diligent, and conscientious way of working with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset and quick understanding of new problems
