Join our Corporate Customs & Export Control team and gain valuable insight into international trade, customs processes, and global goods flows within an international organization. In this role, you will support daily customs operations, data management, and reporting activities while contributing to compliant and efficient international trade processes.
YOUR TASKS
• Support the collection, structuring, and archiving of customs- and export control-related documents and information
• Assist the Corporate Customs & Export Control team in daily operational and administrative activities
• Maintain and manage data in various systems while ensuring a high level of data quality
• Support the creation, development, and optimization of reports and reporting tools, particularly using Excel
• Contribute to projects related to customs, international trade, and export control processes
• Analyze and prepare data and information to support business and compliance-related decisions
YOUR PROFILE
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• You possess good written and spoken communication skills in both English and German
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics and relationships
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high level of accuracy
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders across functions and locations
