Wharehouse Leader (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT:  Logistics / Material Management

MISSION: Reporting to the Planta Manager the selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising and coordinating the warehouse area. It will also Ensure the correct development of all warehouse’s spaces, to increase the quality and efficiency of the storage system. also need maintain a real JIT inventory.

 

TASKS:

 

 

  • Management of the incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Supervision and management of incoming and outgoing goods, following the correct application of the handling procedures.
  • Quality control of new items as well as the ones already stored.
  • Check the shipments control (time, quality and safety) and update the record keeping system.
  • Selection of resources (material and staff) that are necessary to develop the warehouse activities.
  • Take care of the warehouse maintenance.
  • Manage and carry out the inventories and subsequently supervise its compliance.  
  • Make sure the correct operation of the register and control methodology, within the warehouse, is in accordance with the Nordex standards and ERP.

                                        

YOUR PROFILE:

  • High school level and forklift truck operator certificate.
  • Able to work with numbers and information systems.
  • Able to work under pressure without losing control.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
  • High English level.
  • Logistics, transport and merchandise management studies.
  • Experience in warehouse management.
  • Experience with different forklift and other tools used in warehouses.
