Als Werkstudent:in im Project Management unterstützt du das Team am Standort Hamburg bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Du trägst dazu bei, projektbezogene Schulungen effizient zu koordinieren und Prozesse im Projektmanagement zu strukturieren. In einem technischen und sicherheitsorientierten Umfeld arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Schnittstellenbereichen zusammen. Diese Rolle im Project Management bietet dir Einblicke in operative Abläufe und Teamkoordination.

 

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du unterstützt das Project Management bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du koordinierst eigenständig arbeitssicherheitsrelevante Trainings für das Team und behältst Fristen und Anforderungen im Blick
  • Du meldest Trainings bei externen Dienstleistern an und stimmst Termine mit Beteiligten ab
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Trainingsübersicht und dokumentierst relevante Daten im System
  • Du verfolgst die Durchführung von Trainings nach und stellst die vollständige Dokumentation Sicher
  • Du hinterlegst Trainingszertifikate strukturiert in der Datenbank und sorgst für Datenqualität
  • Du unterstützt bei Bestellanforderungen, z. B. für Arbeitskleidung und Equipment, sowie im Austausch mit der HSE-Abteilung

 

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in, vorzugsweise in einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang oder vergleichbar
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP sind wünschenswert oder du bist bereit, dich in das System einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, strukturiert und zuverlässig im Project Management Umfeld
  • Du bist kommunikativ und arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen zusammen
