Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Marketing & Vertrieb unterstützt du aktiv unser zentrales Vertriebsteam bei operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Sales und Marketing zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in Vertriebsprozesse sowie Eventmanagement. Die Rolle Werkstudent Marketing & Vertrieb bietet dir die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und praktische Erfahrungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu sammeln.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Messen, Kundenevents und Webinaren im Bereich Marketing & Vertrieb
  • Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten im Eventmanagement, inklusive Organisation und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung vertriebsrelevanter Unterlagen und Präsentationen in Abstimmung mit dem Sales-Team
  • Koordination und eigenständige Organisation von internen Teamevents
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege und Strukturierung von Informationen und Dokumenten im Marketing- und Vertriebsumfeld

DEIN PROFIL

  • Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS365-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke sowie Interesse an Marketing, Vertrieb und Eventmanagement
  • Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit vor Ort im Büro in Hamburg an mindestens zwei Arbeitstagen pro Woche
