Warehouse Leader (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT:  Logistics / Material Management

Reporting to the Plant Manager the selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, supervising and coordinating the warehouse area and will ensure the correct development of all warehouse’s spaces, to increase the quality and efficiency of the storage system. 

 

TASKS:

  • Management of the incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Supervision and management of incoming and outgoing goods, following the correct application of the handling procedures
  • Quality control of new items as well as the ones already stored
  • Check the shipments control (time, quality and safety) and update the record keeping system
  • Selection of resources (material and staff) that are necessary to develop the warehouse activities
  • Manage and carry out the inventories and subsequently supervise its compliance
  • Make sure the correct operation of the register and control methodology, within the warehouse, is in accordance with the Nordex standards and ERP

                                        

YOUR PROFILE:

  • High school level and forklift truck operator certificate
  • Able to work with numbers and information systems 
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
  • Fluent in English. minimum B2
  • Experience in warehouse management and with different forklift and other tools used in warehouses
