The Global Technical Academy is the central technical training center for the further education and training of service technicians of the Nordex Group worldwide. The Global Technical Academy sets the standards for the training and further education of our service technicians, customers, and subcontractors in over 40 countries. The Global Technical Academy is the interface between product development and knowledge and competence development in the technical field. This ensures that we provide our customers with the best service for the maintenance and installation of our wind turbines. We are looking for a candidate to support our Academy team as Training Program Manager.
Your Tasks:
• Identifying opportunities for improvement, developing, producing, and revising technical training programs (Learning Journey, Guidelines, and Materials including video nuggets) for service technicians, customers, and subcontractors in the wind turbine sector
• Creating digital training content from video production to publication
• Acting as a project manager or consultant in projects with an international environment and interdisciplinary interfaces, such as specialist departments, country organizations, trainers, and digital experts
• Ensuring adherence to PM & HSE structures during the implementation of training development projects
Your Profile:
• Completed technical education or degree, preferably as electritian with work experience or electrical (electromechanical) engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proficiency or strong motivation to learn advanced software skills in Adobe Tools (photo & video editing programs), EasyGenerator/Articulate, Synthesia, MS365
• Ability to clearly and understandably communicate complex technical concepts
• Team player with high self-motivation and enthusiasm
• Experience in developing didactic training programs and the ability to work conceptually, or a strong motivation to dive deep into this area
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects as a project manager, or the willingness to develop these skills
• Advanced English language skills in both written and spoken communication; additional language skills such as Spanish or German are advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally (currently 20%)
