MISSION: Commercial and Technical preparation of quotations for Concrete and Hybrid Towers projects in the Sales Phase, under NX norms and standards, involving internal areas of tendering and sourcing. Support the business development of the Full Concrete and Hybrid towers Globally.
TASKS:
- Develop the concrete and hybrid towers business worldwide understanding wind market trends and needs, being in close contact with sales organization.
- Deliver accurate, transparent and competitive budgets for concrete towers in the Sales phase including manufacturing, pre-assembly operations, construction and BOP.
- Analize and prepare the information provided by Sales to understand the outcome of the projects. Coordinate the timing of the tender process, providing fast insight to the different areas that needs to be aligned.
- Support to improve the organization and management of the tendering processes such as collection, classification and information storage.
- Provide project specific Concrete Tower schedules for the Project.
- Actively communicate with other departments as Construction, Sales, Cost, supporting and guiding the customer’s expectations for the best technical, logistical and commercial solutions, which will provide them with the best set up for their project
- Improve the available supplier and cost information and use it in the best possible way to improve costs.
- To promote internal meetings to align final cost to be delivered to the Global Tender Office an PM.
- Reviewing contractual terms and conditions and tender documentation to identify specific requirements and red flags.
- Ensuring that all documents are accurate, up to date, signed (if required) and provided in a timely manner.
- Conducting won/lost analyses and identifying best practices to win bids.
- Building and maintaining company tender documentation library.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor or Master degree in ADE, Economics or Engineering.
- Experience in a similar position: tender, negociation, contract management...
- Very good familiarity with MS-Office ( Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and ability to quickly
- Motivated person accustomed to working independently
- Work in a dynamic atmosphere, in a fast-growing company
- Enjoy collaborating with intercultural teams and international clients.
- Very good English skills in writing and speaking.
- Willingness to travel abroad
