YOUR TASKS

  • Work as part of the extended Sales Team for the preparation of turbine installation offers with a focus on project management topics such as scheduling, logistic studies, contractual interfaces, etc.

  • Risk review along the internal Sales project review process (Gate process) and active transfer of risk mitigation measures to the customer contract negotiations

  • Calculate costs and develop competitive pricing strategies for the project’s turbine installation including staff, facilities, equipment and logistics

  • Coordinate with the Logistics department for the performance of site surveys to confirm conditions of accessibility to the project site

  • Representing the Nordex organization to our clients – creating a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfaction

  • Participation in customer contract negotiation

  • Liaise with other Nordex department like Engineering, Purchasing, Service and Legal during tendering phase

  • Built, develop and maintain relationships towards potential suppliers and sub-contractors (EPC, BoP partners, designers etc.) and keep up to date relevant data base (contacts, pricing and experience sharing)

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering

  • Several years of professional experience in comparable positions incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and/or in turnkey construction projects)

  • Strong interface thinking approach

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Good knowledge of the local regulations and legal requirements regarding construction works and HS&E

  • Ability to work in different business cultures

  • Willingness to go on business trips within Eastern European countries

  • Scheduling capabilities (MS Project or Primavera P6)

  • Excellent English language skills
