YOUR TASKS

  • Planning and prioritization of the development of new exchange tools (priority turbine class Delta4000) and concepts for Nordex Service
  • Conducting regular project meetings with external development partners and ensuring that milestones are met
  • Technical management of the internal engineering team (7 employees) within the ongoing projects
  • CAPEX budget planning, incl. regular review of ongoing projects
  • Coordination and summary of results according to technical tenders. Driving decision making based on defined factors
  • Interface management between service engineering, engineering, external development partners and purchasing
  • Planning of prototype tests and initial field validation, as well as ensuring a smooth transition of the finished product into series production

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or similar discipline
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Very good organizational skills, to be able to manage many ongoing issues
  • Excellent ability to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to manage interfaces with associated challenges such as different business cultures and potential conflicts
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills, Spanish if possible
