As a Technical Accounting Manager, you play a key role in ensuring high-quality, transparent, and compliant financial reporting across the Group. You act as a trusted advisor on complex accounting matters, support international stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous development of accounting standards, processes, and governance. Combining deep technical expertise with a pragmatic approach, you help strengthen consistency, compliance, and professional judgment across the global finance organization.
YOUR TASKS
- Provide expert guidance on complex IFRS accounting matters and support key accounting decisions across the organization
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Group-wide accounting policies to ensure consistent application across all entities
- Support the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, disclosures, and technical accounting documentation
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting, accounting policies, and financial processes
- Serve as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders on technical accounting and reporting topics
- Design and deliver accounting and IFRS-related training programs to strengthen technical expertise across finance teams
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, reporting enhancements, and governance projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, ideally complemented by a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant
- Several years of experience in Technical Accounting, Group Reporting, Audit, or Accounting Advisory
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and the ability to translate complex accounting requirements into practical business solutions
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complex accounting issues independently
- Strong understanding of the connection between accounting decisions, financial reporting, and business performance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with international stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Fluent English skills; German is considered an advantage
