Strategic Lead Buyer Spares (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers in Global Sourcing Services.
  • Negotiate and managing of Global Sourcing Contracts (from Non-disclosure agreements to Service Level Agreements).
  • Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all supplier-related activities throughout the value chain especially for Project Management and Service.
  • Management of tenders / RFQ for suppliers (supplier selection, quotation analysis, commercial conditions, contracting…).
  • Aligning commodity strategy within Global Sourcing Series Production / local Sourcing offices and Spare Parts Management.
  • Close collaboration within Nordex departments & subsidiaries to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at commodity & supplier level.
  • Initiate and implement cost reduction measures within programs (cost out programs, localization initiatives, etc.).

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with using SAP (or a comparable ERP system).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a global cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
