YOUR TASKS

  • Handling of complex assignments with IT Hardware, IT Software, IT infrastructure, IT Consulting and other topics related to IT

  • Maintain and improve relationship with internal business partner (IT) as a key account

    • Anticipate the need via a constant communication.

    • Understand the “pain point” of your business partner

    • Solutions oriented.

    • Obtaining budgets and specifications.

    • Participation in developments

    • Improvement and coordination of shared processes.

  • Have a leading role during the whole procurement and strategy development. Animate and define the pace at each step. Be a constant link between Internal and external business partner during all the negotiation.

  • Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, process improvement. Ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and see beyond the purchasing phase.

  • Supplier Base optimization. Maintain relationship to preferred supplier, source new suppliers and drive to a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.

  • Lead the process until contract signature and support Tactical purchasing team for the P.O creation. Presentation of the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience

  • 3 years of experience in an IT or purchasing environment, managing similar categories.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • English fluent is a must, German is a big plus, Spanish appreciated.

  • Proven effective negotiation skills

  • Proven ability for cross functional cooperation

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Project Management and Leadership skills are welcomed

  • SAP Basic skills
