Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS
- Plan and manage the scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at wind farms, ensuring optimal allocation (key focus)
- Monitor project progress and provide regular (daily/weekly) updates, proactively identifying and flagging risks
- Ensure availability and efficient coordination of critical resources (e.g., cranes) to meet project timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of components, equipment, and materials
- Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Site Managers, and on-site teams to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in resource and crane planning, ideally within renewable energy or large-scale construction projects
- Strong experience managing complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams and tight timelines
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain a structured approach in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2); Spanish is a plus for collaboration in international teams
