Site Manager (m/f/d)

MISSION: Main responsible to execute the execution of Nordex Windfarms in time and form fulfilling the HSE and Quality standards. 

TASKS:

The Site Manager Role is the main responsible on site and responsible for: 

• Ensure that all project on site activities comply with general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites.
• Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadlines, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements (for the sake of clarity until run test). 
• Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers. 
• Manage the relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers delivering their scope of work on site. 
• Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and providers delivering their scope of work on site. 
• Coordinate his/her team on site to deliver the scope of work.
• Manage the activities and tasks site related during the execution readiness process. 
• Report internally as defined in the Governance plan. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualification: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
• Complementary Training: Experience in site management.Experience in Wind Sector and/or cormparable industry on international scale.
• Proactive profile, problem-solving and leadership skills; communication skills and high degree of teamwork; negotiation skills; Flexibility and good change adaptability; Teamwork.
• High English 
• Above 5 years of ,experience in the same or similar position. Conflict resolution experience.
• Availabitily to travel and to be in projects long stays.
