As Service Product Manager for Aftermarket Sales, you help shape and grow a global Parts & Services portfolio within an international service organization. You work at the intersection of market analysis, product strategy, and cross-functional delivery across global Service, Sales, Engineering, and headquarters teams. Your role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing service offerings, and strengthening competitive positioning across markets.

 

YOUR TASKS
• Analyze global and regional markets, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for Service Product Manager – Aftermarket Sales initiatives
• Define and own the roadmap for transactional aftermarket service offerings aligned with business strategy and customer value
• Develop service concepts, business models, and business cases to support structured investment and go or no-go decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Service Operations to enable effective product development and rollout
• Act as key interface during global market launches, ensuring operational readiness and enablement of service organizations
• Support sales activities with technical and commercial expertise during tenders, negotiations, pricing, and documentation development
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, manage innovation pipelines, and drive continuous portfolio improvement and lessons learned

 

YOUR PROFILE
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification
• Several years of experience in aftermarket sales, service product management, product development, or business development
• Proven experience leading cross-functional or cross-regional initiatives across complex organizational environments
• Strong understanding of service strategies, product roadmaps, pricing structures, and value proposition development
• Experience preparing business cases, financial assessments, and portfolio decisions for senior stakeholders
• Structured, analytical working style with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product initiatives
• Fluent English skills for international collaboration, with additional languages such as German or Spanish considered an advantage
