As a Senior Operations Transformation Project Manager, you will drive the transformation of operational processes, structures, and ways of working in an international industrial environment. You will work closely with Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, simplify complexity, and deliver measurable business impact. The role focuses on achieving sustainable improvements in operational performance, scalability, quality, and cost efficiency through successful transformation and change management.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and drive the Operations Transformation roadmap in alignment with business strategy and operational objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, organizational optimization, and operational excellence across the business
  • Analyze operational performance, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and define initiatives that deliver measurable business results
  • Lead complex cross-functional transformation projects from concept through implementation, stabilization, and adoption• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, IT, People & Culture, and Commercial functions
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure successful project execution
  • Define success metrics, monitor benefits realization, and drive sustainable improvements in productivity, lead times, cost performance, and operational effectiveness

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA considered an advantage
  • At least 7 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or a comparable environment
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation or operations transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong experience in simplifying complex processes, driving standardization, and implementing scalable operational improvements
  • Demonstrated success delivering initiatives from idea through implementation and adoption, with a strong focus on execution and results
  • Experience working within global and matrix organizations and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
  • Excellent project management, change management, communication, and stakeholder management skills in complex business environments
