As a (Senior) Manager Processes & Audits (m/f/d), you will support the continuous improvement of processes within the Global Engineering/R&D organization. The role combines process management, quality assurance, and audit coordination, helping to ensure compliance with international standards and effective business operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a technical and quality-focused environment.
YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate and execute process development initiatives across the Global Engineering organization
- Lead cross-functional projects to develop, implement, and improve business processes while aligning stakeholders across multiple teams
- Manage project priorities, timelines, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery of process management initiatives
- Define process KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support process owners in establishing governance structures, measuring process effectiveness, and driving optimization activities
- Maintain and further develop business process documentation, process visualization standards, and process management methodologies
- Support internal and external QHSE and Information Security audits, including activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001, and contribute to process-related training initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- Master's degree in Engineering or a comparable technical or management-related qualification
- Several years of professional experience in process management, audit management, or a related field
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across international organizations
- Experience defining process KPIs, measuring performance, and driving data-based continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of management systems and relevant ISO standards
- Experience with process documentation, process visualization, and process governance methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, combined with fluent English at C1 level; German and Spanish are an advantage
