YOUR TASKS
- Project management regarding optimisation solutions, internal processes as well as their continuous improvement and evaluation.
- Creation, implementation and review of processes incl. the required documentation
- Cross-departmental planning, coordination and management of improvement measures and projects
- Organisational, technical and financial project responsibility
- Effectively manage change, implement development initiatives to sustainably improve the performance of the business unit
- Close cooperation within Industrial Engineering to jointly develop and realise process-safe, efficient and cost-effective production solutions
YOUR PROFILE
- a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering or in IT
- at least 3 years of experience in process development in a comparable environment
- a high degree of independence, methodical approach, sense of responsibility, hands-on approach and motivation
- Enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation in project teams
- Strong communication / motivation skills and assertiveness
- Ability to analyse and work in a methodical, goal-oriented and efficient manner
