The mission of the IT corporate development team is to provide customized in-house applications and integration services to the different business units within Nordex and to our external customers.
Our main goal is to contribute to the digitalization of the company processes helping and supporting our departments in their daily work.
YOUR TASKS
- Design, maintain, and optimize data systems for collecting, storing, managing, and converting raw data into usable information
- Develop and maintain large-scale data processing models
- Ingest, transform, integrate, and deliver structured data to a scalable data platform
- Collect and report data through dashboards for their analysis, exploitation and to support decision making
- Create data flows documentation
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical background with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Developer, or similar position
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
- Demonstrated knowledge in SQL Services: SSIS (dtsx, ETLs), SSAS
- Desirable knowledge of Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and objects (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Crystal Reports…)
- Ability to work in teams and good communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Fluent English skills (German, Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus)
