SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM - Focus on Payroll & Time Management (m/f/d) | Remote within Germany

Are you an experienced SAP HCM consultant with a strong focus on payroll and time management processes? Would you like to contribute to the evolution of a future-ready HR landscape within an international organization? As an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our SAP HCM on-premise systems, SuccessFactors, and the future H4S4 environment. This position offers full remote flexibility within Germany, with regular collaboration in a supportive team setup. 

 

Your Tasks:

  • Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors processes, especially in the areas of payroll and time management 
  • Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori apps 
  • Ensure high-quality 2nd-level support following ITIL standards 
  • Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders 
  • Expand your knowledge in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/qualification 
  • Several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting – particularly in payroll and time management 
  • Expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; knowledge of SAP Fiori and ideally SuccessFactors 
  • Experience in interface handling (IDOCs, CPI) is a plus 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international context 
  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish skills are a bonus
