Regional Planner (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:
Strengthening and unifying project planning within the PM Central region and between the global planning department. Monitoring and coordinating a regional project portfolio in terms of progress, milestone achievement:

Creating a regional project portfolio plan and monitoring individual project progress

Updating the overall plan by consolidating all necessary information from all functions of the company
-
Developing monthly and weekly reports that capture progress and critical points
-
Developing KPIs for the schedule

Addressing conflicts on a regional basis. Proposing priorities, future scenarios, and action plans to catch up on delays

Collaborating with project managers and commercial project managers to create a decision-making basis
Planning of crane and assembly resources:

Analyzing/monitoring the critical path and buffer times of the project with the aim of ensuring planning fulfillment by the organization.

Migrating plans between different planning tools (e.g. MS Project and Primavera) and closely collaborating/coordinating with Global PM/EPC Planning
Continuous improvement of the planning process and planning tools:
-
Ensuring planning consistency between different projects and other planning departments
-
Identifying use cases for available information; being an ambassador for the planning function
-
Programming solutions in VBA for Excel and optimizing/developing the existing planning software.
YOUR PROFILE
-
University degree in Business Administration or a suitable alternative discipline
-
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in a planning function

Experience in the wind energy industry is advantageous
-
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

Additional language skills (e.g. German, Spanish) are advantageous

Good intercultural awareness, demonstrated by experience working in international contexts
-
A good sense of the commercial impact of business decisions; ability to contribute to the creation of business cases

Excellent computer skills in working with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)

Experience with planning software Primavera P6 (Oracle)

Programming skills (e.g. VBA) are advantageous

High ability to comprehend and strong analytical skills

Ability to take initiative and high motivation in a dynamic environment
