MISSION: Responsible for the execution, monitoring and supervision of quality components and control that the manufacturing processes follow the quality company standards. Global vision of the current situation of the factory and the storage to organize the tasks to be executed by the auxiliaries.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Plan, organize and control the development of physical tests on fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates and mixes; determine the physical characteristics of the product, and record the results in the system in order to evaluate the quality of the product looking for its optimization.
  • Implementation, development and maintenance of the quality system to ensure the compliance of the policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Supervise that all the material and auxiliary elements supplied comply with the quality requirements.
  • Collect the information gathered by the quality assistants and report any incidents or problems to the quality manager.
  • Supervise that manufacturing processes comply with the established quality standards.
  • Use quality tools, as well as ensure that all workers follow the required quality standards in each of their processes.
  • Sampling of aggregate concrete components that are used in production areas to determine their physical characteristics.
  • Carry out inspections, tests, measurements of materials, products and installations to verify that they comply with the required specifications.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  •  Engineering studies (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field).
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality processes in relation to concrete infrastructures.
  • Previous experience in renewable energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Orderly and careful in quality inspection and records.
  • Know and apply the quality control system as well as standards and specifications.
  • Resolution of possible technical issues.
  • Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
  • High English level
