QA Manager

MISSION: Responsible for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards. During the preparation of reports, they collect data regarding inspections or other aspects such as the cleanliness of the production line, which are then analyzed in great detail.

TASKS:

• Elaboration of work quality plans, quality procedures, adjustments, monitoring and implementation them.
• Determinate quality standards for concrete samples.
• Collect the information gathered by the quality supervisor and elaborate reports.
• Follow up on internal and external complaints and non-conformities and propose measures to resolve them.
• Management and delivery of protective equipment
• Check that production processes comply with the established quality standards.
• Provide reports, statistical data and drawbacks extracted from the quality tests carried out.
• Organize quality team meetings to make decisions and determinate which actions must do each different department.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering studies (Civil/Industrial).
• Knowledge of quality processes in relation to concrete infrastructures.
• Previous experience in renewable energy sectors.
• Previous experience in construction sector.
• Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
• High English level.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
• Team management and coordination skills.
• Methodical approach to work.

• Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete will be a plus.
