As a Project Manager for Substations, you take operational responsibility for all activities related to the sale and construction of substations in Central Europe. You work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and internal departments and ensure cost‑efficient, timely, and high‑quality project execution.

 

Your Task

  • Manage customer relationships and coordinate sales activities together with regional sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain a global supplier network for substation components and related services.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Execution to align supplier capabilities with project requirements.
  • Identify and leverage cross‑regional synergies to optimize cost structures and delivery times.
  • Ensure successful project execution with respect to budget, schedule, and quality.

 

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience in the energy sector, ideally in substations or grid infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of substation projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.
  • Business‑fluent English and German skills.
