As Project Manager Product Development in After Sales, you shape and deliver a global After Sales product portfolio within a technical, safety-focused environment. The role sits in After Sales Engineering within the Global Service organization and works across software, hardware, cyber security, and process solutions. You manage the full product lifecycle and translate technical, market, and customer needs into scalable service offerings. The position reports to the Director After Sales Engineering.
 

YOUR TASKS

  • Plan, lead, and execute the Project Manager Product Development – After Sales role across the full After Sales product portfolio
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
  • Define product requirements and concepts based on technical analyses, market needs, and structured feedback from service operations
  • Develop, launch, and continuously improve software-, hardware-, cyber security-, and process-driven After Sales products
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and translate insights into product roadmaps
  • Lead validation, testing, and feasibility assessments to ensure safety, quality, technical, and commercial compliance
  • Support global rollout through documentation, training materials, and hands-on implementation support for service teams
 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Professional experience in project management or product development, ideally within After Sales or a comparable technical environment
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software-driven systems and their impact on operational performance
  • Experience analyzing technical or performance data and translating results into structured improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams with diverse technical stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, structured working style, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Very good English skills suitable for daily collaboration in an international context
