Project Manager Operation Excellence (m/f/d)

This role will lead operational improvement projects from order to acceptance in compliance with costs, quality and time in Global Service. This position is part of the Operational Excellence team in Service and will be based in Hamburg, Germany.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Setting up and implementing continuous improvement initiatives globally

  • Identifying and driving process improvements

  • Developing project scope, objectives and KPIs, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Investigating key performance drivers applying basic data analysis

  • Leading international project teams with members & stakeholders from different functions and locations

  • Implementing project planning, monitoring and controlling

  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed

  • Ensuring sustainability of implementation

  • Promoting change and efficiency through the organization

 

YOU RPROFILE

  • University degree in an Engineering, Science or Management

  • Several years of professional experience:

    • Working as a Project / Program Manager, preferably in Service

    • Leading projects from definition to roll-out implementing process improvements throughout the organization

    • Working in matrix organizations

  • Experienced user of project management tools and techniques

  • Computer literate, able to use MS365 and in-house database & software

  • Ability to seamlessly work across internal departments and countries as well as different hierarchy levels (incl. senior management)

  • Flexible and stress resistant with strong influencing ability

  • Strong decision making, planning and prioritizing skills

  • Systematic working approach and problem-solving behavior and good team player, customer focused and end-to-end-thinking

  • Fluent speaking & writing English is a must, any other language is a plus
