Project Manager Operation Excellence (m/f/d)

Working as part of the Project & Process Excellence Team, the Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing improvement projects in Global Service.​ You would work with all Service functions to identify, run & execute projects.

Your role would be to successfully lead continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency, improve the quality and reduce cost of Global Service.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Organize & lead international project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, determine resource requirements & budgets to run improvement projects in Service.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing
  • Ensuring adherence to internal quality standards
  • Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
  • May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects
  • Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional & global stakeholders
  • Managing small program (4-5 projects)

 

YOU RPROFILE

  • Fluent business English and ability to interact in a culturally global environment with all levels of hierarchy & various stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and proven experience of project management & life cycle
  • Ability to work and lead highly complex projects autonomously and navigate in a global matrix environment
  • Global problem-solving skills & attitude and good presentation skills, storytelling, and visual representation
  • Positive & adaptable attitude, team player, transparent & collaborative working approach, and MS Office suite competency
  • Nice to have: Fluent German or Spanish, project management certification, Power-BI knowledge & experience, ERP (SAP) knowledge & experience, experience in Service Operation environment, and experience & knowledge in the wind energy sector
  • Continuous improvement experience.

 

We would like you to work at least three days per week in our office in Hamburg.
