Project Engineer Towers & Foundation (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Acting as inner-departmental project manager focused on ensuring efficient implementation of tasks from PLM
  • Person of contact for Project Managers from PLM function and responsible for TS-, TC-Tower or Damper delivery to PLM-PM including technical releases
  • Inner-departmental Alignment of workflows for TS-, TC-Tower or Damper developments to ensure efficient tower developments within the team
  • Coordinating technical advice to PLM program (incl. contents from Pre-design responsibility matrix like termination criteria)
  • Inner-departmental resource planning and optimization for TS-, TC-Tower or Damper developments
  • Continuous optimization of workflows (pre- and full development, supplier management PSR, ECR, Sourcing-Support, Q-notes, SNOW-Tickets) and alignment with TDO-Tool development to ensure MTF-processes and TDO-Tool work together efficiently
  • Management of inner-departmental technology roadmaps and technology development projects
  • MTL/MTF internal alignments and management of fast track
  • Coordination of PSR, ECR, Sourcing-Support, Field issues, Q-topics and SNOW-Tickets without relevance to PLM Program
  • Resource management for TS-, TC/TCS-Tower or Damper topics within team with early detection/ forecast of bottle necks

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Masters degree or doctorate in Engineering
  • Experience in Project Management with Certification (e.g. PMP) being a plus
  • Knowledge and experiences in development of towers for windturbines is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
  • Independent, responsible and systematic work style
  • Having a hands-on and proactive mind set
