Product Owner (m/w/d) - Osapiens Software

We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking Product Owner (m/w/d) to drive the implementation and roll-out of the Osapiens software within Nordex and shape its integration into our future application landscape. Ideally, you bring strong process knowledge in customer service, manufacturing and quality management – paired with first practical insights into the Osapiens hub for Service. Your strength lies in connecting systems and people: you know how to translate process needs into smart software architecture and understand how to integrate with SAP environments.

Your tasks:

• Develop and optimize processes in customer service, manufacturing, and quality management using Osapiens hub for Service. 

• Design and oversee the application architecture to support the defined processes. 

• Ensure smooth integration with SAP systems, leveraging your SAP process knowledge. 

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements. 

• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value. 

• Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. 

• Focus on improving user experience by continuously refining and enhancing the product. 

• Maintain ongoing coordination with Osapiens to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product features. 

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software deployment/ roll-out. 

•  In-depth knowledge of customer service, manufacturing, and quality management processes. 

• Strong integration skills to SAP and familiarity with SAP processes. 

• Solid understanding of application architecture and software deployment principles. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Very good knowledge of English, German or Spanish, both written and spoken, is an advantage
