Process Supervisor (m/f/d)

MISSION: Supervise concrete tower production stages, assuring the teams have enough manpower and tools, so the set goals established by the company quality standards could be achieved.

TASKS:

• Plan daily activities for the production teams.
• Keep staff levels within budgeted hours.
• Ensure plant safety programs are followed.
• Maintain employee and job schedules.
• Work closely with other departments including the scheduling department for area of responsibility.
• Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments.
• Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office.
• Working with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and designing new ones.
• Inform the Quality Manager about the detected deviations and incidences during the process.
• Training new employees on processes and policies to ensure effective operations.
• Monitoring and improving production quality by observing machinery or talking with workers or supervisors.

YOUR PROFILE:

Higher Education (HNC).

• Experience in production processes.
• Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete

• Experience as production supervisor or similar position.
• Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
• High English level.
• Machinery, equipment, and software knowledge.
• Capable to work in teams.
• Methodical and analytical skills
