As a Platform Projects Lead Delta4000 (m/f/d), you ensure the effective planning, prioritization, and execution of platform-related projects across the product lifecycle. The role contributes to maximizing business value through efficient resource allocation, portfolio transparency, and alignment with platform strategy. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to support successful delivery across a complex project environment.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Coordinate and support the successful delivery of the Platform Project portfolio in line with platform strategy and business priorities
  • Review project status, progress, risks, and dependencies to maintain transparency across all Platform Projects
  • Drive the resolution of cross-project conflicts and delivery bottlenecks impacting project execution
  • Support the prioritization of platform initiatives based on strategic objectives, business impact, and resource availability
  • Ensure effective allocation of platform-level resources across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Contribute to portfolio governance by supporting project decisions and ensuring clear documentation and communication
  • Monitor portfolio performance and continuously optimize the Platform Project landscape to improve delivery outcomes

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in planning, implementing, and managing complex projects
  • Experience within the wind energy industry and understanding of product development environments
  • Strong knowledge of platform-based development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a structured and process-oriented approach
  • Excellent English communication skills and experience working in cross-functional, multi-project environments
