In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen optimierst du Prozesse, Kanäle und Auswahlmethoden. DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für gewerbliche Mitarbeitende und Fachkräfte – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Vertragsangebot
• Du wählst geeignete Recruiting-Kanäle aus, steuerst diese aktiv und optimierst die Performance zur schnellen Besetzung offener Positionen
• Du führst strukturierte, praxisnahe Interviews durch und bewertest Kandidaten anhand klar definierter Kriterien
• Du berätst Hiring Manager entlang des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses und stellst klare, fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen bereit
• Du analysierst Recruiting-Daten und leitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Time-to-Hire und Qualität der Einstellungen ab
• Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Prozessen, Interviewstandards und Kanälen ein

DEIN PROFIL

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal, BWL oder vergleichbar
• Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise im Recruiting von gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden (Blue Collar)
• Du hast Erfahrung in der strukturierten Steuerung von Recruiting-Prozessen sowie in der Durchführung professioneller Interviews
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst durch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ATS-Systemen, idealerweise SAP SuccessFactors, sowie mit MS Office
• Du kommunizst fließend auf Deutsch und sehr gut auf Englisch und trittst klar und verbindlich gegenüber Hiring Managern und Kandidaten auf
• Du bringst Kreativität und den Willen mit, Recruiting-Kanäle und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern
