MISSION: Assist Concrete Tower Project Management and Construction. This role supports the entire project lifecycle (from initial readiness, through execution, to project closure) by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating administrative processes, supporting planning and reporting, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The position plays a key role in maintaining project control and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Provide organizational and coordinative support to PM and Construction departments
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts information, reports and internal procedures.
  • Monitor and update project KPIs, timelines, and budget tracking tools.
  • Support the forecasting of personnel and equipment needs in collaboration with site teams.
  • Support in the creation and follow up on Purchase Requisitions for materials, services, and daily supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Receive and validate invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of site readiness checklists and internal procedures.
  • Prepare the Project Closing Report, including deviations, savings, and justifications.

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Project Coordination: Ability to support planning, scheduling, and execution activities across multiple project phases.
  • Documentation Management: Skilled in organizing, updating, and controlling project documentation.
  • Administrative Precision: Strong attention to detail in handling data, tracking project progress, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate between internal teams, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capable of identifying issues, analyzing project data, and supporting decision-making with clear, structured input.
  • Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools, document control systems, and office software (e.g., Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Adaptability: Able to manage shifting priorities and support both office-based and site-based teams in a dynamic project environment.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful in resolving administrative and coordination challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • English is a must. German is a plus.
