YOUR TASKS
- Technical coordination and supervision of blade teams on site.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade-related activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs).
- Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies.
- Overarching planning, organization, and execution of fault clearance activities.
- Support the creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets.
- Contribute to the global expert network and actively share knowledge and experience.
- Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports.
- Develop and deliver trainings for various internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
- Act as the technical and coordination interface for NX and other internal/external stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services is essential.
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience.
- Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme, since you will support the countries where Nordex has windfarms all around the world. 80% of your time will be spent out of your home country.
- Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
- Confident communication with internal and external partners and high customer orientation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications is required.
- Strong results orientation, hands-on troubleshooting mentality and systematic problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent (Professional level) in English; Spanish is a plus.
