Material Planner Technician (m/f/d)

MISSION: Responsible for ensuring the efficient, reliable, and cost-effective planning of resources and cranes for the wind farm project, meeting contractual obligations and customer requirements. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, coordinating necessary resources, and minimizing downtime during the project’s execution. 

 

TASKS:

 

  • Develop and manage the planning and scheduling of resources and cranes for site operations at the wind farm.
  • Ensure cranes are available and scheduled efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of necessary components and equipment.
  • Maintain constant communication with Site Manager and site teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather changes, equipment availability, or unforeseen issues.
  • Monitor project progress and provide daily and weekly updates.
  • Optimize resource usage to reduce costs without compromising on safety or efficiency.

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

 

  • Previous experience in resource and crane planning, preferably in renewable energy projects or construction.
  • Experience in wind farm operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to unforeseen changes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and levels of management.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.
  • Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
  • High English level
