YOUR TASKS:
- Central contact for materials needed on wind turbine construction sites
- Create and track project-relevant material orders in SAP
- Monitor and keep on-time delivery and actively, manage potential bottlenecks and delays
- Interface activities between installations and service department
- Support of local material identification of spare parts
- Analysing and optimizing PM inventories taking into account exchange groups, variants and historical consumption
- Cooperation with the relevant adjacent departments (e.g. Service Spare Parts Management, Production, Site Management) in operational and process relevant issues
- Create project-specific material management plans
- Participation in material-relevant coordination meetings
- Continuous improvement of processes and data management
- Additional tasks and projects related to material management
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business adrministration, etc.) or commercial / technical training with further qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials
- Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required
- Very good written and spoken English, other languages would be an advantage
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, paired with a binding and appreciative behavior
