YOUR TASKS:

  • Central contact for materials needed on wind turbine construction sites
  • Create and track project-relevant material orders in SAP
  • Monitor and keep on-time delivery and actively, manage potential bottlenecks and delays
  • Interface activities between installations and service department
  • Support of local material identification of spare parts
  • Analysing and optimizing PM inventories taking into account exchange groups, variants and historical consumption
  • Cooperation with the relevant adjacent departments (e.g. Service Spare Parts Management, Production, Site Management) in operational and process relevant issues
  • Create project-specific material management plans
  • Participation in material-relevant coordination meetings
  • Continuous improvement of processes and data management
  • Additional tasks and projects related to material management

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, business adrministration, etc.) or commercial / technical training with further qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required
  • Very good written and spoken English, other languages would be an advantage
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, paired with a binding and appreciative behavior
