YOUR TASKS
- Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes)
- Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods
- Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner
- Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records
- Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis
- Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both German and English
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems
- Fluent in English; German at a working proficiency level (B2+) is a plus
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment
