Are you looking to launch your career in Controlling, or have you already gained some initial professional experience and are seeking a role with long-term development opportunities in an international environment? As part of our Global Service Finance Team, you will support the financial management of our Service business and help create transparency for key business decisions. Working closely with operational departments, Corporate Controlling, and international teams, you will gradually develop into a more responsible Controlling role with excellent career prospects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and prepare financial and operational KPIs to support business performance management and decision-making.
- Create reports and presentations for management, corporate functions, and other stakeholders.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Conduct business analyses and contribute to commercial and financial decision-making.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of reporting structures, controlling tools, and finance processes.
- Support process optimization initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate closely with national and international teams, acting as an interface between operations and Finance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with above-average academic performance.
- Initial practical experience in a finance-related environment through demanding internships, working student positions, or case-study projects.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for turning data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Excellent numerical aptitude, combined with the ability to critically assess complex topics and draw independent conclusions.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- High level of commitment, initiative, and a strong ambition to develop towards a Finance Business Partner or Senior Controller role in the long term.
