Are you ready to advance your career with a global leader in renewable energy? Nordex is looking for a dynamic and passionate Investor Relations Manager to join our international team and build long-term relationships with investors through transparency and communication.
In this exciting position, you will be the link between Nordex and our investors and play an important role in shaping our capital market presence and fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders.
YOUR TASKS
- Communicate with the capital market and contribute to the further development and presentation of our (ESG) equity story
- Establish and maintain contact with the global financial community (especially analysts, investors)
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment and company key figures to support strategic decisions
- Analyze Nordex's quarterly and annual results (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet) and derive key messages
- Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations and other communication materials for investors
- Organize and execute investor events, roadshows, capital market days and conferences and support at the Annual General Meeting
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy, Accounting, Controlling, Legal and Communications departments in particular to prepare quarterly, roadshow and conference presentations as required
This position can be filled as a Senior-Position.
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed Master studies in business administration, finance, economics or a related field
- Several years (at least 3 years) of experience in Investor Relations, financial communications or a similar position
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and company valuation
- Excellent communication skills in English; German desirable but not a requirement
- Ability to present and communicate complex information in an understandable way
- High analytical skills and a strong understanding of financial ratios
- Team player (m/f/d) with a proactive and solution-oriented way of working
