YOUR TASKS:
- Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites and projects against plan and on demand
- Report, communicate and follow up on identified deviations and improvements
- Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in. acc. with audit plan
- Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities
- Monitor Audit KPI’s and reporting
- Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites
- Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings
- Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training
- Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy
- Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites.
- Support the implementation and continuous development of Nordex’ management system and internal procedures
YOUR PROFILE:
- BA/BS Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Certified auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, or VDA 6.3
- At least 2-3 years of auditor and quality assurance experience
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in project/process management
- Fluent in English (C1)
