Would you like to shape the future Nordex HR application landscape and design and implement integration of our underlying systems? Join our team as Inhouse Integration Specialist SAP HR and SuccessFactors (m/f/d) to integrate SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Microsoft Azure AD, time management systems, etc. using SAP cloud platform integration or similar middleware.

 

 

YOUR TASKS

 

  • You will design and implement our future people and culture (HR) solutions in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solutions after implementation 
  • You will oversee and manage integrations between SAP modules (ECC6, HCM, SuccessFactors) and external systems during S/4HANA transformation and develop quality assurance processes to ensure integration integrity, data consistency and system reliability
  • In an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes
  • Maintaining seamless operations, you will continuously monitor integration processes, identify issues and troubleshoot where necessary
  • Depending on your previous experience, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and control our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholders
  • With our support, you will continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/qualification
  • Strong interest and proven experience as SAP integration consultant (middleware, integrating different systems, interface operations, API architectures, etc.)
  • ABAP proficiency and proven Business Integration Builder (BIB) experience
  • In-depth knowledge of ECC6, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and S/4HANA
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is a clear plus
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Fluent in English. Additional German or Spanish skills are an advantage
