As Head of Global Data & Analytics (m/f/d), you will lead a dynamic, international department across four locations, driving data strategy and innovation to support competitive service delivery and business growth. Reporting to the Director of Digital and Remote Operations (DRO), you will collaborate closely with Service Regions, IT, and HQ functions to develop impactful, data-driven solutions.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage the Global Data & Analytics department with teams in Hamburg, Pamplona, Porto, and Chennai
- Directly manage a team of team leads, fostering leadership and collaboration
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including task prioritization, resource allocation, vendor management and progress monitoring
- Own the department’s budget and resource planning to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of data-driven products with proven EBIT contribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and product development
- Continuously scan, validate and implement emerging technology and drive innovation to ensure the departments keeps it excellence
- Representing Nordex at conferences and in research programs
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven disciplinary leadership experience of minimum 3 years in managing international data & analytics teams
- Strong track record in the development and operation of data driven products
- Strong experience in data science, analytics, and related emerging technologies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and operational oversight
