HSE Technician SITE (m/f/d)

MISSION:  Implementation and maintenance of the management system of Nordex and the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the Construction and Assembly process. Carry out the organization HSE controls of Safety awareness, and performance,  environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects within C&HTBU organization.

TASKS:

• Coordination and control of HSE systems during the Hybrid tower assembly process.
• Control HSE Documentation from the subcontractors. RAMS analysis, HSE Plan control, training matrix assessment, etc.
• Implement Nordex Management system in the project site.
• Manage and receive all the information about the applicable legal requirements on site. 
• Make site and subcontractor HSE inspections to ensure safety on the site.
• Ensure that the assembly and constructions processes follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled.
• Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site.
• Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety.
• Expedite work permits and HSE Plan and follow their fulfillment.
• Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation.
• Coordinates the assembly processes to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff.
• Promote and Promove the HSE “Best practice”.
• Investigation of work accidents and report them to appropriate managers.
• Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance. 
• Make HSE between client, PM organization and Subcontractors on site.
• Ensure Environmental requirements fulfillment from Nordex and Subcontractors.
• Contract different suppliers as PPE suppliers, Audit consultancy, waste treatment management companies, HSE signaling, etc.
   

YOU PROFILE:

• Certificate of Higher Education (HNC)
• Experience in precast concrete/manufacture processes. 
• Previous work experience in HSE sector. 
• Work experience in construction control and supervision services.
• Experience with concrete precast quality control processes.
• Higher level courses in occupational risk prevention.
• Qualification as HSE coordination.
• Advanced use of HSE-specific software.
• Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems and construction processes).
• Knowledge of the country HSE law.
• Knowledge about the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.
• Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
• High English level
