MISSION: Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures described by the Company’s health and safety plan. During the manufacturing process, check whether these are effective or not. Carry out the organization and control, of  environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing process.
  • Set the best strategy so safety, during the production of concrete structures could be guaranteed, following the existing regulations.
  • Review the execution project.
  • Ensure that the manufacturing process follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled.
  • Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site.
  • Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety.
  • Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation.
  • Coordinates the production process to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff.
  • Promote and sponsor the HSE “Best practice”.
  • Investigation of the work accidents and report them to appropriate manager.
  • Supervise the management of environmental processes as well as promote its compliance. 

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

 

  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC).
  • Experience in precast concrete/manufacture processes. 
  • Previous work experience in HSE sector. 
  • Work experience in construction control and supervision services.
  • Experience with concrete precast quality control processes.
  • Higher level courses in occupational risk prevention.
  • Qualification as HSE coordination.
  • Advanced use of HSE-specific software.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems and construction processes).
  • Knowledge of the country HSE law.
  • Knowledge about the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and adhere to flexible schedules, including weekends if necessary.
  • Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
  • High English level
